Colin Dipper

 Colin and Rosalie Dipper from Frome are well known makers and players of the Concertina. They make and repair Anglo, English and Duette Concertinas and have invented a system based on the Melodeon called the French-Anglo or 'Franglo' system with three rows of melody on one side and bass buttons on the other.
