CumberlandA ancient county in the Lake District of North East England and now part of Cumbria - and also the name a region of South Appalachia. There are known to be songs and dances (Reel, Square 8) collected from Cumberland and it has its famous brand of wrestling. It is also where the Egremont Crab Fair is held.
