Harry Boardman

Harry (1930 - 1987) was a Folk Singer from near Oldham in Lancashire from a family of Weavers and Spinners although Harry did not work in the Mills. He ran numerous Folk Clubs in the Manchester area and played in a number of bands including 'Yonko and the Texas Drifters' - a Country and Western group with Harry on 5-string Banjo.
