Humberside Egg Dance

A dance by blindfolded performers who dance along rows of eggs very skillfully to avoid treading on the eggs.

It used to be performed at Easter on the West Green of Lincoln Cathedral by Lincoln Morris but was in the past probably danced elsewhere. Little is known of the dance, but it is still performed most recently by Hoxon Hundred Morris from East Anglia.
