Nic Jones

An English Folk singer and musician from North Kent. Plays Guitar with a style peculiar to him and often imitated using a thumb pick and a technique which grasps the strings and plucks them often adding a slap to the soundboard, rather like Frailing a Banjo. Playing and Singing since the 1970s, he has made a number of recordings although original early ones are rare.  Material has recently been released mainly from live recordings to fil the gap as demand has risen.He has also guested for a number of acts such as Silly Sisters.
