An Instrument from Australia which is a  long hollow wooden tube containing beads, beans or seeds. pins or pegs are inserted in the tube in a helix. When the tube is upended, the contents fall and rattle against the pegs creating a sound similar to rain. They can also be struck or shaken for a different effect.
