Simon And Garfunkel

Popular American Folk duo of the 1960s consisting of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. Both grew up in New York and were clasroom friends before teaming up as Tom and Jerry in the 1950s. Simon moved to England in 1965 and was famously taught Scarborough Fair by Martin Carthy. On his return to America, the duo started up again but finally stopped performing and recording in 1970.

Since then there have been several reunion concerts.
