Whapweasel

An English Dance Band described by themselves as 'electric ceilidh'. The name is from a stream which runs through Hexham in Northumberland.

Winner of Best Dance Band at the Radio 2 folk awards in 2005.

The band consists of Mike Coleman,Stuart Finden, Fiona Littlewood, Bob Wilson, Brian Bell, Rick Kemp, Heather Bell.
